Biggest day yet

Peanut stopped Monday evening 84.7 miles into her 2,659-mile trek. She messaged Dave from her Garmin GPS unit after hiking 28.1 miles today.

Here’s a graph — which I’ll update regularly — of her day-by-day mileage totals:

She’s a little more than 26 miles from her Tuesday goal, Warner Springs, where she sent her first resupply box.

Here’s a map from her GPS unit showing her position:

For those who are interested, this site offers detailed maps from Halfmile — the 111-mile stretch from the trail’s southern terminus to Warner Springs (Section A) has 16 pages.
